Cancellations

Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice that you will not be making your appointment. Upon booking your first service, we will require a credit card to be placed on file to hold your appointment.

  • Failing to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
  • For appointments made within the 24-hour period, we ask for a four-hour notice of appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our teams’ schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with excellent service and these policies help us achieve that. Thank you for supporting us!
